Contract management is the process of managing agreements, from their creation through to their execution by the chosen party, and to the eventual termination of the contract. Every great project starts with a contract. It takes a qualified professional to be detail-oriented, collaborative and committed to action.
The formal monitoring of contract performance shall be measured through an agreed Service Level Agreement. This is a “Live Document” which can be altered to reflect the changing business needs and any specific aspects of service delivery that are required to be monitored/ modified.
The service delivery will be further supported via both formal and informal site visits from the KTM Operation Team. The Security Manager will control service delivery and will be tasked with documenting the site-specific Assignment Instructions (AI‟s) in accordance with an agreed specification and ensuring the subsequent service delivery.
Support visits will include but not be limited to organizing service delivery information and care visits to our customer security services team. The results of such visits will then be collated and consolidated into the contract review at an agreed frequency.
